About Emirates Update
The United Arab Emirates (UAE or popularly known as Emirates) is a Middle Eastern country. It consists of seven emirates in all – Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah and Umm al-Quwain. A nation with sprawling deserts and beautiful coastlines, UAE has fast emerged as a prosperous country in recent years. I really dont want to give my id because its very diffucult to take it back even for vacation we should wait more than 1 month.As they tald me I can go wherewever to police to court labour office but nobody can do nothing. I dont believe that is like that and want to know my rights .

Hi can you help me with this question?
My Landlord increased my rent in Jan 2009 by 20%, now I have received a notice stating that because my rent is 70% below the RERA rent cape he intends to increase my rent again by 20% in Jan 2010 can he do this because I read somewhere that you can only increase rent every two years.
